Using our sophisticated inventory management program, we can even predict what Audi parts our customers will need before they need them. On the rare occasion that we don't have the exact parts you're looking for, we'll simply place a special order. We have all the parts and accessories you need to keep your Porsche / Audi looking and running as beautifully as the first day you drive your car off the lot.

What is your Shipping Policy?
The shipping options below are to be used as a general reference guide: Standard (Ground) Usually arrives within 4 to 6 business days Expedited (Two Day) Usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days Overnight (Next Day) Usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days (1 business day in transit with carrier) · All items delivered inside the US are shipped insured by UPS. · Al international items are sent by the USPS. Please contact us for international shipping rates. · We DO combine shipping for all orders. The more you purchase the more you save! · We are not responsible for carrier transit time. We do not process order or ship orders on holidays or on weekends. · Expedited shipping is always available.

What is your Return Policy?
· Returns are permitted but must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date. · In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). · All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law). No refunds will be given if a returned item is opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
